Are the players out of control at West Ham?

There seems to be a lack of discipline at the club.
You've all heard the rumours and I have it from very good sources that the higher management are beginning to worry.
Is allardyce 'old school' and not keeping players in line?
I know a few players are taking liberties and it seems to be escalating.

Eerie, I've no idea who you are or who you think I am.
I know some forums are enchanted by characters like whu and eagert eer (sorry I may have there names spelt incorrectly) who share, and laugh together, sick jokes about clowns and things, yet you stalk me not them. Please go away.
By the way, allegedly of course, the concerns of higher Managememt;
Star player no commitment and problems beyond the well known. An awful, awful lot of fire fighting behind the scenes regarding this player.
A captain with non professional attitude and way too much influence on other players.
The two players above are openly disliked by higher management and the feeling is mutual.
Home grown player causing big concern with attitude.
The feeling that the players are behaving like 80's-90's footballers and not being guided.
A real worry that a drinking culture, starting at the top, is vet prevalent at the club.
This is all allegedly of course.
This is only some of the problems. People close speak too openly to friends of a friend. I am not ITK but this has come from someone who is.

See, Allardyce has a characteristic approach to the game and with the players we have, when he gets his way, we play shit and lose, or draw (respect the draw).
But then when we need the points, like against Liverpool, we play an entirely different game to the one Allardyce is associated with and we get the points playing a blinder.
So, if this is a lack of discipline, then more the better.
